Shipping policy
We often ship in 1-5 business days (shipping can take a week or more when there are delays) and international orders might take a longer processing time. Rest assured, we'll notify you with tracking details once your order ships!
Please email us at sharkeatmart@gmail.com with photo/video proof of damaged items during transit for a return/refund within 3 days of delivery, and we kindly ask to have them shipped back to us.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost/stolen after they are handed to the carrier or lost due to an incorrect/invalid address.
Canadian customers: Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged after shipment. *These fees are not included in our shipping fee*
